Stockyards Cattle Drive

Your day will start off with a stop at the Fort Worth Stock Yards to watch the must-see Stockyards Cattle Drive.

Cooper's BBQ

After the Cattle Drive, the group will make their way to Cooper's BBQ, a real treat, with an Old West feel. Attendees will have a bbq sandwich (choice of chopped beef or pulled pork) and 2 small sides, plus 1 soft drink.

Fort Worth Stockyards Museum

After a hardy lunch, attendees will head to the Stockyards Museum. Beyond showcasing saddles and other lore from the cattle drive era to contemporary times, the Museum is home to the world’s longest burning light bulb (since 1910) and the Bad Luck Wedding Dress.

Log Cabin Village

Hidden away near the Fort Worth Zoo is a living history museum owned and operated by the City of Fort Worth. It features log stuctures and artifacts that represented living in the area in the 19th century.

Leonard's Museum

One of the most fascinating places in Fort Worth is this museum that captures the uniqueness of Leonard’s, once a 7-block department store with the world’s first privately owned subway and a real-life toy store monorail.  There are more than 2,000 curated items on display that will delight those of a certain age.

Melt Ice Creams

One of the very best ice cream shops in the Metroplex, with fun flavors and generous scoops.  Each guest gets one cup of ice cream.
